Top 10 PCB Manufacturers in China: Companies, Capabilities, and Services
China has long been a major hub for printed circuit board (PCB) manufacture. The Chinese electronics industry covers the full range from simple 2-layer boards through to HDI, flex, high-frequency laminates, and full board assembly.
For the buyer, the real issue isn’t so much finding a PCB supplier as it is finding a supplier with the right skill set, the right production scale and the right range of services. A company that specializes in making complex multilayer boards may well be completely unsuited to a small prototype run. Likewise, a supplier who specializes in low-cost bare boards may well not be able to do the component sourcing and final assembly.
This list introduces 10 Chinese PCB manufacturers worth considering. Rather than concentrating only on the industry’s largest names, it includes several less widely recognized companies serving different manufacturing needs.

How to Choose a PCB Manufacturer in China
A manufacturer’s stated capabilities are a useful starting point but again don’t give the full picture. Before you go asking for quotes, you need to check that they’re in a position to make exactly the PCB you require and that your project is in the range of what they normally produce.
A few questions are particularly useful:
- Does the supplier manufacture your PCB type? Confirm layer count, board thickness, material, copper weight, minimum trace and space, and via requirements.
- Can it support the required quantity? A factory focused on high-volume production may not be the most flexible option for a ten-board prototype.
- Is assembly included? If you need populated boards, confirm component sourcing, SMT and through-hole assembly, programming, and functional testing.
- What inspections are performed? Ask about electrical testing, AOI, X-ray inspection, and any product-specific test requirements.
- How are engineering changes handled? Revision control becomes particularly important when moving from prototypes to repeat manufacturing.
Price is of course important, but you need to be comparing prices on the same specs, same inspection requirements, and same delivery terms. A lower quote may not necessarily be the cheaper option if it’s missing out on some of the manufacturing or testing that would otherwise be required.
Final Thoughts
China has a multitude of PCB manufacturing options available, ranging from those who specialize in flexible circuits to those who provide full PCB assembly and product integration.
These ten are the manufacturers offering a range of capabilities and production options. The best shortlist isn’t necessarily the largest factories; it’s the ones whose capabilities actually suit your product.
Before you go any further and commit to a supplier, send the same technical package to each of the companies on your shortlist and compare their engineering responses as closely as you do their quotes.
