FACEBOOK has locked me out and taken my account hostage and so I cannot delete the account because they require login, and upon login a message says I need to disclose additional information, which I do not have to, and so they keep the account and provide no other option to close the account. FACEBOOK NEEDS TO BE SUED FOR THIS KIND OF HOSTAGE TAKING BEHAVIOR.
None of your steps above work for the circumstance I describe because they do not give the needed access to get to those steps.

Someone hacked into my longtime Facebook account and changed my access info. I can no longer access it. That same someone opened another account anc put a photo from my iPhone photos in it. I only want to get control back for the old account. I cannot find anyone to help me.
I know you still associate the old account with my rmsil because I regularly receive gollowUp, memory type emails from you.
