How To Change Display Language In Windows 10:

  1. Open Settings by pressing Windows key + I and Open  Time and Language.open settings
  2. Open Region and Language and Click on Add a Language.add a language
  3. Select the Language and Download Language.select language
  4. Click on Options to download Keyboard of that language.
  5. After that click on language and Select Set as Default.set as default and option
  6. Restart your computer and language will change.

Change Welcome Screen Language:

  1. Open Control panel and open Region.open region
  2. Under Administrator, click on Copy Settings.copy settings
  3. Check the box of Welcome screen at the bottom.welcome screen
  4. Restart your computer.
